Well, I would call him a child sex offender or possibly a paedophile. There cannot be any excuse why he should not be dealt with according to the law of that land.

I think death penalty wouldn't be a great solution in this case.
Maybe he being castrated should result better.

The fact that he's a diplomat is irrelevant, except to underline the fact that this kind of child abuse is both commoner than we'd like to think and not confined to certain sections of a society. The full weight of the law should come down on him. No pardons. No excuses.

Pardon? Heck no, don't matter what your political status is, you deserver a long jail time.
To be frank, if this guy was my neighbor, I'd go over and beat him up and take my punishment like a man.

I don't believe anyone should be put to death but there is no way that this guy should ever be pardoned. He's done one of the worst crimes imaginable and deserves to be punished heavily.
