You can start a group etc there to promote your blog and you can invite your friends too. Do guest posting and most important is that you can post your links there. I am also running my blog there and now I can post to front page. I am getting much traffic and moving towards good web ranking.

Well, when I registered there it send me a notification that I can invite only 18 friends until I get promoted to site editor. I have many friends but they are not bloggers actually and that's why I started this talk here ;-)
