What's the age of your blog? Funny-
Since you didn't get penalty for your hidden text on footer (Alexa and etc etc)... And since your profile page here on Bloggers have PR4, your Blog Topics page have PR2- call yourself lucky!
And oh- try to get back to white hat SEO- surely you'll get kicked out otherwise-

My blog jumped from 4 to 5 now.
@fancy no relation between pagerank and sitemap, but yes every blog must have Sitemap it will help google to find your old articles easily.
