Hello friends, I hope most of you are aware of guest posting and its benefits. Do you really think its useful ? I have been seen people who hesitate to do the same. I really don't understand why...??

It is very helpful to do this, especially if the guest post appears on a high ranked site. I am in the middle of updating my own company blog and that is one of the things I am going to offer is guest posts. The more you get around the better!

I agree. There is nothing like losing with guest postings. I have been doing the same in recent times and at present, I am accepting the same for my blog. I have got a good number of guest posts for my blog. For me, guest post is benefiting to both guest blogger plus post publisher. As a guest writer, you get valuable backlinks for your blog and along with it, it also helps you in building your credibility. And as a publisher, it reduces burden on your side to keep writing continuously on your blog. You get a much needed break and you still find content for your blog.

Many blogs allowing guest post have guest post category or have guest write/article box at the end of guest post.
The name of the author is also different.

I've noticed an increase in traffic once I started linking to high traffic blogs. It's less time consuming than building profile links or directory submissions. Definitely a great way to get an increase in your website traffic :)

I guest posted once and felt very used. The person who asked me was very nice until I had given him a great post I could have used myself and then he changed completly. Burned me to the whole experiance. Im sure he was just a bad example though. Ive heard good things here about it.
