Healthit up for YOU
I have always dreamed of living in other countries and would love to hear of experiences of others who have. If you have not but could, where would you go and why?
THERE HAVE BEEN QUITE A FEW,GOOD OFFERS IN TEACHING PROFESSION FROM THE MIDDLE EAST.BUT I HAVE TURNED THEM DOWN VEHEMENTLY BECAUSE OF MUSLIM'S UNFOUNDED CULTURE.I THINK I CAN THRIVE MUCH BETTER
IN ASIA OR THE WESTERN SPHERE BECAUSE THE CULTURE IS FREER AND MORE LIBERAL.
I'VE TRAVELED BY FAR AND IT'S MORE ENJOYABLE THAN LIVING AND WORKING PERMANENTLY ABROAD.
Hello Kim, and thank you for your input! I completely understand the concerns of moving to the Middle East and could not agree more. I would love to hear about where you have visited and enjoyed about each place. :)
I was born in Portugal and live in NY. We go back and forth when possible. I've visited a few places like Canada, Switzerland, Spain, Dominican Republic, for example. I have to say, though, that the united states is so varied that it can be like visiting another country. I'm currently in Rhode island, and there are towns that remind me of my village in Portugal.
Very interesting to see your perspective on USA, I have lived here all my life and really look forward to the day to travel outside of USA!
I definitely recommend seeing the world, but I also think there is a lot to see in the US. I'm sure one day you'll get out there. :o)
hmmm...havnt travelld 2 othr countries coz there is stll so much 2 c in my country...i wud lyk 2 go 2 france and then paris...y??i dont no but i lyk these countries nd also london...
All the world's the same. To survive in it, you only have to change yourself.
Sometimes I think the advice "You need a change of atmostphere," is wrong. It should be, "You need a change of attitude."
Change your ways and you can live anywhere in the world . . . like a chamelion!
