For 'Add Your Blog' in Bloggers.com you must have a blog in other blogging site like blogspot, wordpress etc.
Bloggers.com neither provides Blog hosting and publishing service nor affiliated with any such provider company. The site has been accredited as the most user-friendly site where bloggers can share and exchange their work and ideas.
It offers free blog directory service for promoting one's blog but at the same time this is a place for readers who don't write their own blogs.
Am I right?
