Worked for me. The head banner has a fun font, so it keeps a nice lighthearted mood. Can't really comment on the content as I'm not really a makeup/beauty kinda guy....

The links on both of your blogs does not work. In fact it states that your blog has been removed, and your name is available! Just tried to take a look at it.

I liked it quite well. A very nice layout and feel to it. Though I wish it didn't have a white background, honestly that's just my opinion and you shouldn't give it too much credence.
Not sure why people are saying the link doesn't work, my advice is when you are putting a link here in this comment box, put the link on its own line. Like this:
www.tea-and-cocktails.blogspot.com
Anyways, worse case scenerio go ahead and put the http:// before it to so people can select that as well. Copy and Paste can get a bit wonky sometimes when it comes to URLs.

Seems like a nice blog. The white background should be darkened up a bit. Add a splash of color. Looked too whitewashed but maybe it's just me. Good writing and pics for the topics. Keep it up!

I actually prefer a white background :-) especially for product reviews, outfits etc. But agree, maybe add colour by changing your header or something.

I do use a white background too as I do like it for my style of blog, but also added a separate page background color to give it some pizzazz. Take a look -
