This year the hubby and I wrote a list, set a spend limit and went out and did the christmas shop all in one day at the end of November. Last year I did it all pretty much online. Both have their pro's and con's but it seems that online shopping is becoming more popular than the high street.
Is this true?
I've been more organised this year -seeing as I left some presesnts to Christmas Eve last year (whoops)!
I've done a bit of online shopping, but found in some stores the sales have already started post-christmas - BONUS!

It is a split for me I am doing probably about 50/50 even. I love shopping but the tourists here in Beverly Hills are a nightmare this time of year. Happy Holidays!

I start window shopping in november to see prices, and have enough time to think about where it's best to spend the money, and choose among different options.
When I have decided, I don't wait long before getting it, mid-december the latest...I like making gift so much that I get impatient! In Spain we give gifts both the 24 and the 6th of january, when sales start, so normally you don't get many discounts until then!
Been picking up some presents here and there. Shopping in local NYC spots and staying away from the big stores.
A few of my gifts are handmade and others I buy online - so much easier and it gets delivered to your door. No crowds :)
