how can i increase traffic and followers..please help

Social network. Lots of social networking. Here at Bloggers.com, make friends, see if they would eventually visit your blog.
Then there's Twitter. Get people to follow your twitter for any live stream updates and conversation.
Create a Facebook Fan Page. Post your status updates there (do not create another Facebook account. Just use your Facebook account to create the Fan Page).
Create a Google+ Page. Disable your Google Friend Connect (import them over to Google+ Page). Read this: http://qoyyuum.blogspot.com/2012/07/why-do-you-insist-on-using-google.html
What I don't understand is what your blog is about. I understand its about travel and food stuff but I'm not sure if I'm reading your blog right. Maybe a little instructive guide or something might help?

I've seen your blog. It's nicely done. Load fast and not cluttered with ads. But i did notice that your post is not so much? regular updating your blog post helps in increasing your rank in the search engine.
Abdul gave a good point about social networking. maybe you can change that basic social button with something more attractive? try AddThis social button.
It's way cooler than the basic one.

@Khairul..yeah i dont have that much posts cause i dont get to travel as much as I want to..but having social buttons is a great idea, just have to figure out where I can download those.ahhahah

I think Abdul Qoyyuum has said the most important factors you need to pay attention to in order to increase followers as well as traffic to your sites. The old ways of increasing traffic "May be" obsolete ever since Google has been pounding the internet world with their latest updates. I believe a lot can be gained from my blogs. I also learned a few things from the masters in this game. What I have learned I share on my blog.
