Going through hard times with pain and wondering how others deal with suffering?
Well, we try to be optimistic about things even though hard times come around. :)
It may not be easy to just ignore ..but sharing what is bothering you helps a lot!
try to talk things ..im sure the burden will feel lighter :)
Some wallow in self-pity. Some drink their sorrows away. Some tries to fight it back. But I believe, grieving and let your feelings out as much as you can and as hard as you can and as soon as you can will help. It feels kinda refreshing afterwards. Then, you can get back up on your feet, and deal with it.
the best way to handle suffering is through positive suggestions. For example, I know things will get better soon''. Simply accept and believe that things will get better and you will see significant results. Take heart you are not alone Bro.
You mean mental pain or physical?
All kind of mental pain come to push us to step to another level, helping us to search the meaning of life... All the people searching for it, and everybody will see and feel it one day.
I wish you quick healing!
Hi Elysia, please visit my blog and have a look at some posts.
I'm gonna added you as a friend so if you ever have a question to ask.
If you're depressed, find a healthy way to try and get your emotions out. Talk to someone. Anyone. Even yourself. Just talk. It helps.
Just please know that there is more to life than the present. Think of what you want to do, what you want to be. Think of those you love and those who love you because, even if it seems like no one does, someone does.
Someone in this world, right now, loves you.

Always remember to be positive.....we all have to go through bad phases in our lives but we must always remember that things will get better...things will get easier to handle.
Always work hard and give it your best to sort out your problems but at the same time remember to relax and be patient for your efforts to pay off....usually I listen to music or play games to distract myself when I am feeling troubled.
I've gotten more philosophical about suffering as I've gotten older. I've just suffered so much and for so long that I don't resist it as much. Resisting suffering actually makes it worse. I agree with what others have already said: we all need a supportive community of people who will accept us as we are, or at least one or two good friends.
One way I handle suffering is to see it as a normal part of human life. Everyone suffers. Everyone is mortal. Everyone is in pain in some way, whether it shows on the outside or not.
Thinking this way helps me not feel so freakish because I'm suffering. Feeling ashamed of suffering is one of the biggest ways I suffer. ;-)~

I take an odd route, I stand back and look at how it all went wrong, and get amazed at how life works. Its this big roller coaster ride, and there are going to be downs. I've loved and lost so many times its sad, but I still look at it all and marvel at how amazing it is how things eventually worked out. Even while it was happening, and I was suffering huge loss, I was happy to have experienced what I did, and marveled at how it all went down.
