How do you RELIEVE your STRESS?

MattTheRose on Discussion, Advice, Philosophy, Psychology, Debate, Bloggers

I recently wrote an article on my blog about how to effectively relieve stress.

http://theamericanrose.blogspot.com/

After writing the article I was wondering what people usually do to relieve their stress.

Me? I meditate, and play the guitar.

How do you relieve your stress?

Walking. Fresh air really helps in clearing my head.

I write. I like the 'quiet time' and a chance to get all the thoughts out of my head. It's very refreshing.

Quiet time is definitely the way to go. Absolutely essential.

A stimulating question to ponder on, very nice. Simply put, I play basketball. It's my drug. If I'm away from it for any length of time, I get agitated. Just ask my wife, lol. God bless, www.joshuacintron.me

You people are so calm. I constantly say I need a punching bag. I don't act upon it but it's how I feel.

I try to watch or read something funny to lighten my mood.

I can say my ritual to feel better is to get a cup of coffee soon after waking up and having it while watching my favorite sitcom Friends.
This always cheers me up.
And sometimes, when I feel stress, inspiring quotes or phrases can help.

And enjoying life every second.
