How do you train for a Half Marathon?

I have decided to run my first half marathon. I run almost everyday, but never 13 miles straight.

My plan for now is to run at least 20 miles a week and about 2-3 weeks before the race run an entire 13 miles just to test myself.

Any advice on training?

How are you guys working toward personal improvement?
