i swim once a day. 30 mins to 1 hour for ACTUALLY swimming and the remaining hours goes to POOL PRANKS ;)

I actually don't exercise at all.. Well, I do MOVE but not with the intentions of exercising. This is usually either walking from place to place as I don't have a car, or running around after kittens!

Sometimes its 6 days a week sometimes it's 3-4 days a week for 30 minutes. I own just about everything Jillian Michaels!
