hello all,
i want to know how often you do blog commenting for your blog, is it help to drive traffic. And if you stop blog commenting, then do it effect on your blogs ranking as well as visitors.

its a new thing I started I even have a talk open if you want to leave your blog and I comment on it .I find it helps others and me

I don't have a set goal and I don't comment everyday, but I at least try to make the rounds on the blogs in my blogrolls.

If I really like the article that I read, perhaps, 2 to 3 in a day! I'm busy with work so, from time to time, I read blogs of others...

not too often. but I try to find good blogs that are relevant to mine to comment on. I think the more relevant your blog is to the blog your commenting on, the more views you will get.

I do a lot of comments, just like watching other (big and small) blogs, you can learn a lot of it. And once you're there, why not comment on a post? Didn't do it one day and had a lot less traffic. I trie to do the blogs that I follow, and then if I have time I also comment on other blogs!

I don't have particular target a day. Whenever I have a chance, I visit the blogs of the bloggers who joined my site - randomly. And when I visit their blog, I check out two to three posts. Sometimes, I comment in all the posts I read. Sometimes, I just comment in the post that I find most interesting. =)

It always seems a little cheeky to me to add your link - unless it is super relevant t the comment your making. Besides which, other viewers can click on your name and usually track your website down if they wish. I find quite a few people seek me out that way - and they are usually the kinds of readers that will come back:)!

This is my bad habit! I read so many blogs, but feel I don't have the time to comment on all of them. I'll have to be more mindful of leaving a thoughtful comment more often! I've met some awesome bloggers this way and highly recommend others leave comments as often as possible.

If you comment on blogs make sure you are adding to the discussion. Don't just post a comment to post a comment. And definitely do not post a irrelevant link.

I comment occasionally. Simply because I have something to share. If you guys are really into commenting blogs, I recommend signing up at Entrecard.com. Its a good site to exchange links and a marketplace to do your blog commenting mayhem. Of course, don't neglect to post new content every once in awhile.

as long as the blogs i read is awesome and attracts my attention I always write comments... :)) numbers is just numbers. I don't know how many comments I make everyday

I comment as often as I blog so 2-3 times weekly and 10 or more comments each day (just because I get carried away sometimes!

If I comment for the sake of getting link back to my blog, I'll choose a popular and highly rank blog in my niche. but that is just 1 - 2 per week.
But I do comment a lot on bloggers coz I like the people here ^-^

I comment if I have something to say - but sadly I sometimes don't leave a comment even if I absolutely love the post! It's not because I don't want to - often my kids need me and so I run off and never get around to finishing my comment!
Sometimes it's nice to comment just so that the writer isn't left hanging... It can be really hard at times to know how well a blog has been received, and if indeed anybody actually read it properly all the way through!
A genuine and pertinent comment can make all the difference for the blogger:))
