Hi Sri and welcome to Bloggers! Rauf has good advice, start looking at others' blogs, be-friend them, reciprocate with follows, Likes, etc. You might think of adding a fan page to your FB home page where you can add the feed for your blog or use RSS Grafitti app to have your posts automatically put on your timeline. Social media sites help bring in a lot of readers.
