The very first step to this is to ensure you put up quality unique contents. Next you try to promote your posts whenever you have one up. Share them on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Google+, Linkedin and Pinterest. You can also share them here on Bloggers by asking people to visit it and do same to theirs.
Also, once you put up a new post, try to submit it to search engines for free. submitexpress.com is a good tool to use. Then ping your site on pingomatic.com, pingler.com to inform search engines that something new is up on the internet. You will get some traffic from this if done wisely.
