First of all, invite your friends to like your page. That's the very first step. The next thing that determines how your page like grows is the quality of contents you share on the page. You have to make it interactive and to get your fans to do that, you could do something like giveaway freebie or feature your most active fan on the page or you blog, Advertising your page on Facebook would also help and convert fast but that's if you can afford it. If you want the fans very quick, you can hire someone from Fiverr or Odesk to help you get likes.

try to promote your page on social networking sites as much as possible. Ask your friends and relatives to like it and ask them to make their friends to like it too. And keep posting regularly and consistently on the page, so that the followers always have something new to get.
