Let me tell you how :

First of all Just forget about the past , because the past is past you can’t make any change in it either It was beautiful or not .
Secondly the thing comes is to think about your future, well I would say that you are a stupid if you think about the future, because if the future will come It will be your present, so do not think about the future , the more important thing is to make your present beautiful and better , and this is the easiest thing to do , you know how ?
Present is the only a second of time you are living in , and I think that it is not so difficult to make just only one second beautiful .
