I dont know how to apply for wordpress but I suggest follow this link for google to approve your application

you cannot register and use adsense with wordpress.com platform. try use blogspot.

For the thread creator, you didn't read the policies of wordpress.com before you signed up. Here is a direct link to some info.

Go with a self hosted WordPress blog to have more control of everything. You can do whatever you want on a self hosted blog.

you must change your url to top level domain
if you want to use free url and register for adsene, you must create new site use a blogspot
