it needs to be verified from bloggers and once it will be verified the snapshot of your blog will be displayed.
for verfication, you have to attach a badge to your blog and then go to manage blog and click on verify.
It may take one day for verification so have patience.

i had submitted my blog around 3 days ago. but its stil not connected. I hav put a bloggers badge on my page as well.please help

What does the status of your blog show on your profile?
I know for me, my blog stayed at "Waiting | Verified" for about 2 days. That was because the admins were still going through the list of blogs they had to approve. You'll just have to be patient with that.
If it says something else, you may have a problem with the badge you put on the site.

but after 2 days it dissapeared. I have reconnect my blog 5 times and still can't connected it:(, take a look at my blog,

The badge is on the bottom of my blog.

Well, I'm a little stumped now.
It doesn't seem to be a problem with your badge since it's able to be verified. I'm on blogspot as well, so it can't be a problem with your blog server. The only other thing I can think of is if the admin's didn't approve your blog, but I looked at (I don't know DOTA but it looks like a pretty good blog btw) and I don't think you have any questionable content....
Other than that, it might just be a bug. Make sure all your information is correct when you connect it as well.
Have you tried sending a bug report/comment to them?
