I can't contact Bloggers Support

Hello! I have a problem with my bloggers. Well not really "problem". But there's something I would love to suggest (which is very important) regarding my bloggers account and my site.

I tried to contact Support via Contact Us, located below the this site. Unfortunately, after typing everything, it says that Message must be 10 - 1000 characters long to send a message. Obviously, I have 1000 already. The textbox turns yellow after getting more than 1000.

How else should I contact Support?

Honestly I don't think contacting Bloggers through their Support page will do any good. I contacted them several times regarding blog verification and never heard back from them.

You might want to try following them on Twitter though. It seems they're holding an iPad contest so they're probably keeping an eye on their account. They might see your message there. :)

This is funny! :)

I knew most sites that receive lots of "support request" hardly able to contact back each of them. But most of the time either the problem resolve or fixed after certain period of time- special cases get a reply from team. Its common on most if not all Social sites!

Do you still have problem with your blog verification? Just curious! :)

They indeed give support. Over time they fix issues reported from the users. But surely they have to follow priority and so far I know people just ask about any little problem and think they should get instant reply whether it isn't case for any free service.

Did you ever contacted Fackbook team or Google, for example? ...

I just answered your another talks- I guess that's the reason you wanted to contact 'em.

Remember to wait a while for any resolution or answer back- you should not panic and expect immediate response unless "too critical issue".
