I need help with HTML and CSS. +Photoshop

TheSparklingBlogette on Question, Html, Css, Photoshop, Help, Answer

Hello,
I am a blogger on WordPress and I am thinking of buying an own domain name, on WordPress. I've seen there will come a lot of HTML and CSS with that and to be honest I don't understand it at all.. I tried reading as much as possible but still its hard for me to understand.

I would also love to hear some information about photoshop, (or another program for my pictures) is it worth buying it, is it hard to work with, how much does it cost and is there a special Photoshop for Mac users?

I would love to hear from you.
(I'm new here so if this isn't supposed to be here I'll delete it! :)

Actually, to understand HTML code is need time. But, I think if you use wordpress, there will a lot PHP code.

Blogger more difficult for me to understand. because, all of the code in one page. but in wordpress, they are stand alone.

I agree with M Fanirifanto, HTML is the key to understand the basics. You can find help on html, css, php, and so much more on w3schools. It's the best place to self study the web "language".

I haven't tried Wordpress, I used Blogger flatform. I learned HTML and CSS through tutorials and research. I can't compare them, but for me Blogger is easy because their are lots of tutorial over the net.

Starts from the basic and follow some tutorials for you to explore esp. Photoshop

Thanks for the comment, but is Photoshop worth its price? A lot of people tell me it's great to edit your pictures..

Absolutely YES. Photoshop is they key to create good banners.

As for me, I used photoshop for the menu, site banner, and facebook page of my blog, daydreamstars.blogspot.com. Really helps.

Aside from online, I have edited tons of pictures and printed a number of tarpaulins for birthdays, celebrations, and even burials.

Photoshop is very helpful. Since then, I don't know how to use MSPaint anymore. [I started editing via MSPaint at an early age then moved to photoshop when the family got the software]

Hi, just a quick advice. Don't worry about new stuffs, you'll learn them along the way. About photoshop, I don't know if I'm allowed to say this but you can get it for free (although its illegal). And there are a lot of step-by-step tutorials about them. Lastly, if ever you have specific problems with HTML/CSS/PHP, you can post it here. With this community, there's a big chance that you will be answered. Happy blogging!
