Also submitting your blog to search engines like Yahoo is very helpful this enables your blog to come out in the search results when a search query is made concerning one of the articles you have in your blog. Yahoo has merged with Bing as per my knowledge,,,,So just submit your site to Bing however They Bing index you site at very low speed....

Janmejai said right, bing and yahoo share their webmaster tools, API and indexing your site from bing WM. For adding your webpage to bing and yahoo SE's you need to open an account in Bing Webmaster then submit and verify url. Bing, yahoo Indexing takes long time as compare to Google. Good luck
