Insomnia no but a good sleep aid is to heat milk to the point just before it boils (to when it gets all frothy on top) then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 tsp of sugar and sprinkle cinnimon on top stir well
It does always for me but about 70% of the time it does and its tastes nice too
Dear Thank you for you support. I will try the remedy but without cinnimon (i don't have it , i will have to search for it tomorrow in the supermarket though I don't know what it is)--please can you help describe it. is it a liquid, colorful(less)...
Start taking honey to get rid of ur insomnia.Even hot milk before going to bed is also effective for goodnight sleep.
U can try this also : Keep your legs in a bucket filled with hot water for 15 mins every night before sleeping. Practice relaxing. hope it'll all work for u. :)
