Is Chitika recognized by Bloggers?

I came across with this site:
http://chitika.com/blog/2011/01/06/new-blogger-one-click-ad-widget/
They have the Bloggers badge and provide another bottom with some features.
I'm not understanding since I arrived there from one of those sites that copy contents from others.

I have to stop clicking at these sites. It is really sad and only makes me feel a fool doing all I can to attribute people's work.
Some people say that copyright times is over and sometimes I believe so.

I guess I'm being paranoid. I will not look at these sites anymore.
If they want to copy I will not prevent it. But what I found strange with this site:

is that it is a widget for Bloggers.
I didn't understand.
I don't want to understand anymore.

Yes, you can combined Chitika with blogger's adsense. To be sure, read the google adsense TOS and learn. Then, apply to your blog/s.

Chitika has a Blogger badge, NOT Bloggers badge.
