I think that's a great deal! It's not that easy to achieve PR3. Plus, the domain name sounds great. Don't worry about alexa rank. :P

What's the traffic like? I'd think that is more important than a PR3, which doesn't necessarily translate into enough traffic to recoup your investment quickly.
