I've been feeling some sort of way recently towards a lot of people for a lot of different reasons.

1. I have this older colleague whom which from time to time in the past I would stop speaking to her. But I felt that this entire week I've reached my turning point; simply hello's and goodbye's.

2.People have to grow up...there's another colleague of mine that I can see right through her. She compliments me on my attire, after she's looked me up and down and says now how much did that cost.

3.Economic times or is a salary cap...I beg to differ.

I have two degrees and I'm up against a supervisor who's been in the company for years; however, she only has a high school diploma. And then there's the new office manager (whom was promoted within) who hasn't been there longer than me, and she too has only a high school diploma. So am I approaching the salary cap, is my salary getting to close to theirs...encouragement to move on?
