thanks for the help I shall have to add the sitemap on ^^
its mainly a blog for food and fun really so randomness haha XD did want to blog about costume making but I would be way to lazy to write haha XD

but ...
navigation menu (ul li) is black. and writing was not visible, except point the cursor to the sub menu.
maybe you can fix the color letters on the sub menu navigation (ul li)

The template looks simple.... but long enough to be loaded by speed average 60-120kbps (my internet speed)
try to check the components that lead to long loading

read more thumbnail photos in rather large. what if the image width as 20px depreciated. may be more optimal.

but i think your header image blog too big. it takes a lot of areas.
likely if a maximum of 350px wide header would be more optimal.
