hey Nepsy. I love your blog. it's clean, clear and concise. I like those 3 elements because even before we read a blog, we look at a layout/design to gouge it's authority.
But for a blog that's about fashion and beauty, I wish it had more sparkle and color. The main thing I liked was how you kept the ads away from the content.

too many links and no pics. also the name and the fact that it only has youtube vids would make me think- if i'd stumbled on it that it was spam as the name says.

Ur about me sucks. I wanna know about u not who owns ur name. Also if u tell me that ur interests are lame, then why would I read about them?????
Also if ur blog doesn't have a lot of followers why display it? remember blogs are about authority when people see that you have lots of followers on feedburner/twitter and gconnect they stick around longer so until u do, remove the numbers.
I don't like ur header because I don't know what it's all about and why do u display 2 sentences only and there are no prompts to read on.
also make ur about me more prominent (had to look for it)

Ur blog looks good but in the header, please don't tell me what ur blog is GOING TO BE. tell me WHAT IT IS.

Why is your footer longer than your header? I hate that. the sharing buttons on the left distract me. Putting your archives on the side is always a better idea because it's easy to find and blog readers are lazy. We don't wanna search for your content. we want u to put it forward for us. where is your about me page, why would I contact u if I have no idea who u are?
I like the post layout on ur blog but the colors is bland like baby food. reminds me of bathroom tiles.
