Links... Back Links... They seems good and thats another thing I know I must work on.
The problem is, I just know how to use the HTML and the use of add link buttons but I DONT KNOW HOW and WHERE TO START after finding my target links.
Can you help me with this?

Try blog commenting! I went to your site and the topics are about mommy and child care..
Try this one in google search "child care" "commentluv" ,
Format "Keyword" "commentluv" , e.g. "baby tips" "commentluv"
Read the blog add your name email URL of your blog and quality helpful comments ---then repeat to the next blog.
Use the search tool on the left side of google search and try 24 hours, one day,past week since they have less comments to get backlinks!

1) latest articles about my Keywords(recycling)
2)after publish I do SOcial sites__use only quality sites__facebook,diggs,reddit,SU
3) Blog commenting is next using KEYwordLUV!! Your latest article will be linking once approved!!

I have a PR3 blog with just 16 posts. Although, it is not related to your niche in anyway but i have a tab where i add blogs i like. Would do you the favour to add it there. Someone did wrote to me about helping newbies but with no much details on how to go about it or what the idea was about. So am working on how I could help other bloggers (esp Newbies) get help through my blog.

i just made it to know my PR and i find it good. i havent had an idea that my 26 posts gained PR2 now.
