Money Is Greater ?

Pranab Hazra on News

Can you think, to transfer your country's secret informations to your rival country? It is, just for money ! Possibly, unthinkable to manyone ? An India lady officer, has been working at 'Indian High Commission'in Pakistan,at higher position. She lives in Delhi (India),has been arrested for interogation.Prymarily, she has confessed, that she has indulged such 'spying'for Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, in lieu of money. She is 'Madhuri Gupta',a senior most officer in the department of 'Indian External Affairs'.Is she pardonable?

money matters... but not fully.. it matters in ourlife for only 20 percent, ufortunately people think that every thing is money in life,
those freedom fighter, who give lives for india, in heaven certainly will be thinking that why they devote themself for india, wh not for their families..
a very shameful work done by that lady....
i pray god to do right justice for her...

But Money Isn't everything!

It can buy you bed, but not sleep
It can buy you clock, but not time
It can buy you book, but not knowledge
It can buy you position, but not respect
It can buy you medicine, but not health
It can buy you blood, but not life
It can buy you sex, but not love.

It can buy you love, if the person your buying loves money.

Money per se is not bad. It is how we make use money that makes the difference.

not every one is a patriot ,nor every one will be.. its what people do , they earn money , by hook or crook . this is a profession for them , money is important , its the law and constitution that makes a person criminal ...and our constitution declares this way of earning money a crime , thus madhuri's crime when proved ,she shall be prosecuted according to law . a crime is a crime in which ever form it may be done and world is full of it

I'm not sure what you're asking. At the end, you ask if the person is pardonable. She committed treason. What's there to pardon? She wasn't forced to sell secrets. I don't think she or her family was taken hostage or anything. She simply committed treason. There's nothing to pardon.

Hi Bruno- The lady, Madhuri Gupta,an Indian, who has been in our foreign embassy, at Pakistan. She was a news editor of Indian news wings (foreign affairs), and had easy access to various informations,in the matter of future strategic steps towards Indian security meassure,as undertaken by the government currently. She,as being an officer of salary paid-up highly, must have responsibility towards keeping such informations intact as well. Sheallegedly, supplied needful secret info to the security agency ISI,of Pakistan,in lieu of money. She betrayed her country, for which she was employed in Indian embassy at Pakistan.Did she do correct? Is she not a guilty of severe nature?

Ok, so I looked up the story so I could get a better understanding. From what I understand, she is claiming that she is being framed. Either way, if she broke the law and spied for Pakistan, then she broke the law. Simple.
