A view or visit are same thing the only difference is the time spent,
a view can last for some seconds but a visit must last for at least 30 seconds to be counted

Eddie, yeah i have a doffolow backlink blog,
and if you want free trafic you can try traffic exchanges like easyhits4u.com or 247traffic.com that will increase your traffic but if you want free natural traffic you must concentrate on your content and keep a providing quality content, soon people would like to read your posts, also search engines will see trust you and will list your site higher that will give you free natural traffic.
