im new here and i want to know all about blogging... how to start a blog, what to do next etc etc..... i mean almost everythin related to blogging and i need help....

oh well i think u should first create your blog in a blogging site like blogspot.com etc.. blogger.com is just a website where u can share your blogs but it's not where u really create ur blogs..

I say find a web host not a blog host. That way if you ever want to expanded you can if all you have is a blog your stuck in a blog. If moving to a new house is hard think of moving to a new website its a lot harder cause your never moving to a place thats built but to a plot of land which you most build on. So think ahead like years when looking for a host at least 4 years.

I agree with Josh, get a web host first. Find a good one that has great software available. Specifically WordPress. It's the number one, easy to use, best all round blogging platform.
