I have a new segment on my blog called Flashback Friday.

I chose to start Flashback Friday as a way to share my life experiences not only with my kids but with the world who raised me.

I will be reflecting on my time as

- A Foster Child
- A Street Kid
- A teenage mum

- A victim of domestic violence

- a sufferer of Post natel depression
- A struggling Mum
- Life without a family
- A single parent
- Obese

- being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome
