Please be more specific on your question.
If you are asking about how to get more traffics and increase click through rate, there are numerous tricks, but ultimately, all of them will make your Adsense account banned.
The best suggestion is have patience and go on improving the quality of your website, build up relationship with other bloggers, join blogging networks, read related blog posts and comment on them, learn some SEO and link building strategy. You'll find your traffic gradually increases ans along with traffic the clicks are increased. If you are serious about earning money through Adsense and the like, the long term strategy will win.

I just visited your blog! I noticed you don't have any adsense ads and you do not have an rss feed for your blog.
You have a lot of great photos but where were they taken. You need to write about each photo. What country what county ect... Do not post photos unless you own them if you don't own them you either need permission to post them or you need to attribute any used photos to the owner.
You also need title tags for your blog so that the title to your post appears on Google not the name of your blog.

I took a look at your blog and it is a nice start. If you want to get traffic, my advise is to post articles or pictures that people want to see. You can do graceful building of back links to your Facebook account, Twitter, Bloggers, Pinterest (for pictures) and other social media site. Use either your own pictures and you will be okay. Try creating a YouTube video of wonder pictures you took - that will get the initial traffic to your page.

You might want to get into pinterest like the above poster said, they're pretty good at sending you traffic if you've got a lot of pics.
Social media is gonna be your main source of traffic for this type of blog and networks like the one we have here, join a lot of blog communities.
You might want to start learning about SEO though since google is also a great source of traffic, it just takes a while to learn stuff like keywords, linkbuilding strategies, good vs spammy links, etc...
Also, and this is just an idea, you might want to let other people use your pics for their blogs/sites with proper attribution. If you're a picture heavy site maybe you could announce on blog networks from time to time that bloggers can use your pics for so long as they link back to you and give you credit. Plus leave a comment so you know where they're using the pic at.
Bloggers are always looking for free to use pics so that will def get you some traffic.

Hi, just visited your blog and it's a very nice one. hmm..some few tees though, you might to add in some adsense or some other syndicated ads as you have great topics and their ad relevance is quite good.
For blog traffic tracking, so you'll see page views and viewers, you can add in a feedjit widget. Happy blogging ;-)
