Mud Puddle
I was hoping that people would see the real change that our nation needs. But the good news is that if things don't improve it will be even more obvious to everyone in 4 years. Four more years :(

Looking on the bright side for you ~ at least you have an open political government, at least for the most part. Come live in SA for a couple of months then you'll really have something to worry about, our current President has denied an open discussion like your political parties recently had, the only reason for that is because he is so corrupt, he won't be able to handle the heat. We've had non-stop strikes for a couple of months now. Our president has nicely built himself a home with R270 million out of tax payers money. Crime is ridiculiously high, our prisons are over-crowded and our president allows prisoners to get out for no reason ... we don't trust police officers they are just as corrupt. Our municipalities arent doing their jobs, so much so that some schools up till now have not received their handbooks, even if these cases were taken to High Court. So I understand where you are coming from, but seriously, I'd give anything in the whole wide world to be able to live in a country such as America.
Well, Thanks for starting this post.
No country is perfect and its upto the country men to make it so.
I am an Indian, where i should say there is hell lot of corruption, but recently there was one old man to stand up against it. And that gained lot of popularity and now is giving us the hope of a change.
The old man is ANNA HAZARE , supporters call him the new age Gandhi and you wont believe the popularity and following this man is getting. Just by standing up against corruption.
If one old man in his late 70s can be so inspirational , why cant we do our bit too ?
As happy as I am that the Romney didn't win, I definitely can't call this a victory....
I respect him for everything he strived to accomplish and for his humility in his win. He deserved it way more than cheating Romney and I am so glad that the latter did not get elected.
