Well it is society that needs to change. Our government can only do so much; sure laws can be enforced but let's be honest, the people of this country out weigh the government. I'm sure someone might believe our government has complete power but that's not true. Our government just gives us a base. If everyone in this country were to leave, the American government would crumble. I'm sure it would take some time but the truth is, they would not survive if everyone in America pack there bags and went to China. OYE! The Chinese would hate us for adding that much more a fraction to their population. lol.

It starts from with in. If you have kids, make sure you care about yourself first. As I've stated in my mission, and on my web page and various other things I've posted on, If you don't care about yourself, then you won't care about squat; you won't even care about the image of yourself: your own children.
