I'm starting to think that the vast majority of people here come here just to spam links. And have no real interest in improving their blog or gaining more exposure.

But in the event that someone might actually want to do more than spam this site I'll give this one last go.

If you're serious about traffic then ' you follow me I'll follow you ' isn't going to cut it. Neither are the endless stream of wasted time proposals most people offer. Unless, of course, you're happy with increasing your traffic count by 1-6 people. At that rate you should be in the top 300,000 by the year 3893.

Sure you could quit your job and spend every waking moment commenting on blogs, and maybe 6% will return the favor, and another 0.4% will become a regular visitor. And maybe, at that rate you should be in the top 300,000 by the year 2674.

If your blog is in the millions on Alexa chances are you're either not doing anything or what you're doing isn't working.

And you could be the greatest writer who ever lived, a gem in a sea of mediocrity who just hasn't been discovered, but the fact is...you're never going to be discovered if you can't properly promote yourself to a larger audience than the 6 people ( a sibling, your mother, two cousins, a friend, and that cannibal from Borneo ) who visit your site every day.

I am looking for writers to contribute on my site on a regular basis, 2-3 posts a month, on topics including politics, music, movies, social commentary, tech, games, and entertainment.

This is an opportunity to expose your skills to a larger traffic base, on a popular weblog that ranks very well in searches.
