Both is better- depends on the purpose you need to choose. For example- I wont have to bother about hosting or domain renewal and keep the blogging simple.
If someone looking for making money off the blog and/or wants to keep freedom to use/implement custom looks/features, paid hosting is the answer.

Thanks Partner! I think I'll rather go for free blog, I think I can still monetize it, in my own little ways! I'll reserve the paid one for the future plan website,but for now I'm in the process of learning from it,so thanks for the tip,chao!
