Depends on what you want to use Photoshop for?

Is it for air brushing a photo? editing a photo? creating concept art? 2d, 3d or realism art?

I use it a lot and I have to say deviantart is a good place for tutorials... its where I learned most of mine, as tutorials are created by the artists on there so they make it quite easy a long with pictures 8) which helps me lol XD

But yeh go on deviantart and typer "photoshop tutorials" you get loads 8)
