honestly I do not see more traffic coming in from Pinterest .. what's the posting rate ?

That's partially true. You have to build your profile, a good amount of followers, then you can hope for good traffic.

but first you've to increase your followers, more pins , more boards, relevant board according to your blog or site can generate huge amount of traffic
