Problem with boggers!!!

Mathew on Bloggers, Free Service, Complaints, Happy

I don’t think we have anything to complain about with a free service if we were paying fair enough but not when it’s free plus there are a lot of good blogs, info & people on bloggers, I for one have no complaints.

I don't know Buddy,,, I figure if you offer a service free or not and make it good then turn around and change it , then it should be for the better and not worse, and you know what they say,,,, The squeaky wheel gets the grease...

Just because something is free of charge, this doesn't mean you have no say, no input, no discussion, debate or likewise. Otherwise, it becomes a dictatorship/autocratic, if you know what I mean.

If people are not happy about something, then there is no wrong in them saying so, as it is a matter of opinion. No harm done. It is also good for any company providing a service to get constructive criticism, as this helps a company to grow, maintain it's audience etc, improve and learn. :)

Mathew, I guess you were saying that you don't have "Complain" even though you may have "problems"!

RPD said well, constructive criticism always the right thing to do, free or paid service doesn't matter! In fact I also think that those "this sucks" sort of opinion also reflect the echoes-

Providing specific feedback, or pointing out a problem always helps everybody to improve the usability, accessibility and find a solution- on the other hand, not giving proper feedback than telling "I just don't like it- I'm gone" doesn't help anybody!

G'day All

I wasn't judging anybody here it's just I think that not everyone needs to complain to admin for them to get the message as they would obviously already know of the problems or should if they tested out the site after the changes which I’m sure they did.

Sorry if I seem a little too easy going for some as it can be annoying at times to others!!

Matthew, how would a company know if anything was wrong if people didn't express their views? I'm not being negative here, I'm just trying to make a point to what I'm saying. If nobody said a thing, then a company will presume that things are running OK when in reality people were unhappy. Even if tests were done after changing things, tests prove that things are working well, but it does not mean that users are happy with the things that are working well (as an example).
Matthew, it's good to talk and discuss things with you, I truly accept that you're not judging, we are just happily conversing together.
I'm sure that Bloggers are doing all they can to make everyone happy here, but I think for me, it was a sudden shock to sign in and see all the changes without explanation, things missing, not liking the layouts, not knowing what to do etc etc....

Thanks Mathew, I got that right- :))

Right, RPD- Bloggers should have some sort of preview before that the release! Counting the resource it takes, not always it could be done- unless a team like Twitter, Facebook or at least of Pinterest!

Don't mind that, they won't care because of no stuff like you told about BC- its good thing to communicate well. Hope coming days will be better-
