Each case of gang-rape, where the culprit is let off by the court, should be put to an 'independent social audit', to see whether the investigation went wrong, or the prosecution went wrong, or the judiciary went wrong.
The result of this audit should be made public.
This gang rape has become a serious bug here in India. Recently, a girl 23, in Delhi was gang raped, and she died after 12-16 days of struggle. But those rapists are still alive and just imagine now they are getting government lawyer fighting for their case. How cheap!! Do you think, hanging them need so much of thought.????

they should hang in public,they don't have any of humanity
nothing wrong here but need immediate action for this kind
of cases.we need big change ..
Surely they should be given a fair trial. Everyone deserves that, it's one of the basics of a civilised society. A court has to determine that there is proof it was the person accused and has to decide what the punishment should be.
