I find stumbleupon to be fake traffic it is so high in drop rates. What do you think? Also you are doing well on digg? I have never had any success.

Blog Engage is just like Digg but it is only for bloggers. You add friends, submit your blog links, meet new bloggers and create backlinks.You can have it syndicated automatically so it does the work for you and has some other cool social media marketing features!

Yeah same with me, I think SU traffic is looking for funny stuff not blogs. This is why I do not use it anymore.

This has no rule. You blog as often as you wish. I know some bloggers who blog 1 time a week and others 7 days a week. You do what you want and what you enjoy! Remember blogging needs to be fun.
