Hi colleagues & friends, we need to everyone to know what has happen to the company and how things develop. I wish everybody who know anything to start comment on this.
Around the same time Dr. Choot also set up Sapura Imaging Philippines and Sapura Synergy Philipines and Sapura Synergy Thailand and Sapura Imaging Singapore that he and his angelic wife fully own.
January 2010 - Dr. Choot has managed to transfer a lot of Datuk Shahril's money into his own pocket and put Sakura Global in debt by RM40 million. DRAAB discovered this unfortunate turn of event when Dr. Choot cannot pay our salary in December 2009.
DRAAB threaten Hong & his team if they continue to pay salary to staff without biz plan approved is a form of Criminal Breach of Trust (CBT). CAN BE JAILED.
From then onwards, DRAAB management team has effectively taken over the management of SakuraGlobal. The team consists of SK, Zalina, Aliza & DRAAB himself (foursome). Everything happen in the company need the foursome approval from issuing PO, paying suppliers to issuing quotation.
Fron then onwards, DRAAB has to make sure his management team take over control of Sakura Global to ensure that our salaries are paid rather than Dr. Choot paying his angelic wife and even more angelic mother-in-law.
From then on, Sakura mobilise the whole finance & operation dept to assist SakuraGlobal Management to manage cash properly so that Dr. Choot cannot steal from us anymore.
Even you want to work, the things you working on are sustainable and viable or not? One quotation takes 20 days to send out, can work or not? Anne and Laila resigned because they can't fulfill the customer orders even they brought back the orders.
The 7 show cause letters are to Fadzil, Raj, YC, Kenny, Choot, TT Lee & Hazlina. Of the 7 letters, 3 verdicts are out. Fadzil got a warning, TT Lee got a Final Warning & Raj got Terminated.
When Raj got his show cause letter from Khalid, he was threaten that the company may pursue legal suit against him. He was shaken & quickly throw in his resignation letter hoping that the company do not further action against him.
When Choot got his show cause letter, he actually DRAAB this, "He won't sit down & wait Sakura come & get him. He also can take action against Sakura. He has enough prove to show that DSS (President CEO) used Sakura Technology Berhad resources do work GIRN. When Sakura secured GIRN, they quickly privatise STB. He will report this to Security Commission"
Aiyo, using public company resources to do the family biz is their modus operandi for years. When they interview TT Lee regarding his show cause letter, they also used Crest Internal Audit staff. By the way, Sakura Global in 100% owned by Sakura Holdings. Crest are screwed again!
Before Global move to wangsamaju, synergy signed a 5 years tenancy agreement for Sakura@PJ with Sakura Resources. Now the agreement is cancelled and they are putting up the building for rent. What this means? Sakura Resources shareholders are SCREWED again!
Maybe not many people know about this. I return for DRAAB show cause letter to Kenny, he in turn issued show cause letter to DRAAB, Kamaliah & Choot for not submitting annual report to Registar of Companies.
Kenny as the shareholder of Sakura Imaging has the right to know how his company is being managed, financial status of his company. Sakura represented by DRAAB & his team has all the while hidden the facts from Kenny. Kenny is suing DRAAB as the director of Imaging.
Unconfirmed news. B'cos of Kenny show cause letter to DRAAB & the gang, Sakura is pulling out of Imaging. Giving up all Sakura shares in Imaging to Kenny.
The foursome committee purposely spread the news that show cause letter is coming out for certain people to frighten them to resign. If they resign early, they leave on their on accord. The company seems to do nothing to force them out. IDIOT FOURSOME.
After realising that if the company told the staffs the biz is not viable, they need to pay us VSS. DRAAB starts to change his tune. He starts to ask Hong to revive Synergy biz. He even say that Synergy Singapore model is very good, selling the Mac in big volume. This is exactly what he told us stop doing 6 months ago. Low value add, no IP, selling other people product, systemic risk & all the CRAPS!
What does it shows you at the end? He is not only a piece of craps, but he does not understand how to run a business. In all justice, Sakura should give him and his "blur" team a show cause for ruin an organization in record time. I wish some smart alex will record this incidence down and pass it to the Harvard Business School as a case study of how to destroy an organization in record time.
There is another interesting thing to note. After 3 quaters the HR Manager voids and terminates the so called "RRP". Since DRAAB needed some facts to screw some of our people, the RRP was revived. I wonder, since it was signed and also ack by the staff, can those who made it for Q4 get PAID? Should we seek some advice on this?
The finance under Aliza was somewhat protected and Hong was asked or forced to setup a Acc Receivable within his group and assigned the task to Siva, This is just to much for him as he is in sales and not finance. So, what was the fucking AR doing all this while? They literally swept all the mess under the carpet and DRAAB during his townhall meeting claimed we had 11++ mil outstanding and nobody is collecting......
Pity these force-force fellows. Sales Managers become bad debt collector & stockist. The worst is, they also know end of the day they themselves will be on the chopping board.
But that's how Dr. Choot operated!!! He make sure sales people sell sell sell. Not need to ask about money lah. So all money go to his own pocket and pay his AGELIC wife. Hazlina controlled by him and his Angelic wife maa...
Believe it or not there were spy's within the company. 1] One that comes up to the 1st floor PJ office at about 830 to 855 and checks on attendance , 2] One that come after lunch and check again 3] 2 to 3 human spy's that provide information to somebody on the mezz floor. This was all happening.
Don't know about spies in PJ office. But definitely got Dr Choot assiged spies in Wangsa Maju. Jaga-jaga oi. Nanti terima show cause letter for passing info to SUSPENDED employee. HA HA HA!!!
Business as usual.......what rubbish? Quotation needed to be signed by COO......what a joke? A simple quote that takes between 3 to 7 days to come back........deal gone. One clown of the 5some asked if there was an alternative to buy Apple from Apple directly to find out cost justification........what the fuck!!
Some of the Tenders Bidding process are also turn down cos they claimed that the projects carry low value and too risky...Do they understand the business ???
What do you expect? They ask the SST project people to draft out the requisition and procurement for trading business. So, the outcome is many ass covering forms to fill. They called this collective decision making system.
5Some requested that sales get the 3 quote.....what rubbish. This is not a sales persons job. Here again they imposed it to certain teams which wasted a lot of time and effort
That is what they thought. I understand that those already resign/resigning are ganging up to seek legal advice. They have option to launch complaint with Ministry HR within 60 days.
Maybe we can bring DRAAB to Industrial Relation (IR) court with his remark and put him on lie dectector just in case he denied or he said he forgot like President Ronald Reagen and Bill Clinton

Did you know that somebody from Audit (SST) came over to PJ Office a couple of times to spy, dig info and somebody on PJ was assisting this person. None of management knew abt this guy. take note that only after this incidents did the 5some party came over.

If we are not careful, then this blog will just be another rumours generating area where we can't tell what is the true and what is not.
Except China operations that has always not being a Sakura company, I am so shocked that the rest of the country do not belong to Sakura! Where did you get the information from?

what is the rational of going to PJ when Snergy was offered a big place in WangsaMaju? With renovation work was to be done by research. somemore the "big" management was sitting in wangsamaju and it would be easier to get approval sales or traveling requisitions.

Sorry friends, I think we should stay focus a bit.
The title of this talk is about "chorological of events' which lead to the present sorry stage of affair. So it would be good to read the earlier part of this talk and add more details/events if any.
Also give reference to date of the events, or its hapenning before/after another event.
bukan apa kawan.. i tgk atas sikit saja chronology..yang lain semua cari salah orang saja.. no point if we keep pointing to someone else fault..,we have to admit our fault first..,before we pointing to them..,everyone have to know what cause this..so, we can solve and tackle the problem.On paper,synergy can grow further and stay even longer because we have good business but what happen is opposite. we have to dig until the root,so..everyone of us know..and can learn from it.
On paper, it been rejected. In town hall, openly criticized by COO that the biz is not viable and sustainable. Now, suddenly synergy biz sound ok and can even stay even longer.
Orders cancelled, screwed up partner relationship, customer complaints. Those problems are avoidable if the "new" management handle properly and full heartedly instead of blaming the "old" management. And suspended all of them, regardless. Complete destruction of synergy credibility and reputation in a record time after taken over. Honestly, that leader even shown disappointment when he found out only very few resigned in synergy.
No-go for many usual biz, but ask us to continue biz as usual.
Not much difference between the "old" and "new" management. The old one bring us to hell, and the new one burn us in hell. Perfect scripting. Both have their beautiful stories. But we will continue our story anyway, the people story.
In this aspect Oldman is very much wrong about the new management. The new management don't CHEAT the employees or the shareholders who put in money to make jobs for us in the first place. I think Dr. Choot should change his name to Dr. Cheat.

Many years ago the current coo was brought into sakura to replace a very smart and respected xcoo. New coo's job was to introduce industry best practice processes for sakura to reach greater heights.
Unfortunately under the new leadership, the company's performance starts to go down hill. Then the current coo blamed it to xcoo's management and sakura's culture ... massive restructuring and vss follows.
Now, after so many years that sakura global has been under his leadership, surely he should own up to his leadership failure rather than trying to find scaprgoats among the staff under his command.
Has the coo been over selling targets to his boss? Or is he only familiar with performance measuring and not nurturing and adding values to securing more business?
Anyway, they say sime darby proctises good corporate governance by showing their disgrace chief the door... what corporate governance standard does sakura practise?
How you know they are not forcing the entire workforce of Sime Darby power & utilies division to resign. Wao! that is scary. Another few thousands jobless people.
The staffs in some departments (within synergy) may not realised they are reporting to new managers or supervisors from another company. Is it a merger? Is it a consolidation? Is it a transfer? Are the new managers or supervisors have the right to assess your performance later on? Any official announcement?
Strange, no one ask. The employees should know their right and the possible impact to their career.

Yes the consolidation of service center between global & sst where some global service center moved to sst & some sst move to global depending on whose office is bigger & the global tech staff report to sst personnel as most of global staff grade is quite low compare to sst. I think it was in November 2009 or December 2009
Even though DrCrook has introduced DrCheat to rewrite the chorology of events, you are still trapped in this hell.
This company is not in the mainstream oil&gas. So, probably can't expect further investment from your ultimate BOSS.
DrCheat reports to a non-entrepreneur controller. SO, you probably can't expect them to reinvent the company to safe you.

Now Hong has resigned. All the while, we thought Hong is the chosen replacement. Looks like we are wrong. This is a close down sale, EVERYTHING/EVERYONE MUST GO!!!
Don't worry. I the company close shop. You still can sue the directors. If I'm not mistaken, director of Synergy are Dr. Cheat, DRAAB & Dato' Simon Foong. Worst case scenario, they can be jailed.
If you have no choice but the take legal action against the synergy directors, all the directors will have to face the legal suits collectively. You can't choose to take legal action against one director and letting the other go.
Sakura is going through a phase of business shift. This phase will be a period of trauma, distress and inevitable change which impact all the staffs.
Sakura group had done that to their telecommunication business, they are doing it to ICT now. In other words, I can safely say they are out of ICT arena now. Even if they want to continue, it is too late because the news is wide spread.
Sakura telecommunication business? Today, where is Sakura Telco biz? The business shift you mean is closing it down is it? They did it with telco biz and now they are doing it to IT biz.
If that is the case, please be reminded that in the event your company is being winded up, other creditors will chase after your company and might create more legal cases.
So, I think your company will clear the debts if they intend to do business with these creditors in the future or to avoid lawsuit. But i think they taking the latter approach to avoid reputation been tarnished.
Some staff in SST have been issued PIP letter to sign wef to commence by 3rd May 2010, eventhough their score 3 and above, yet the short ass group pull em down to 2 and issued the PIP form to sign. The top level that caused the problem squad free,what d hell is going on?
Masalah ini sedang melanda ‘Sakura Secured Technologies Sdn Bhd’, hanya menunggu masa untuk meledak:
1. Talian telefon/faks/internet telah dipotong oleh pihak ‘TM’ di beberapa cawangan SST kerana bil tidak dijelaskan.
2. Panel perubatan ‘PM care’ telah menggantung khidmatnya kerana pembayaran tidak dibuat.(sekarang ok dah)takut malu...
3. Pembelian alat ganti/provisioning/consumable tidak dapat dilakukan kerana tidak ada peruntukan.
4. Pembayaran kepada sub kontraktor yang telah menjalankan kerja-kerja mereka, memajukan DO/Invoice mereka, masih belum dibayar (ada yang seawal Jun 2009)berjumlah ratusan ribu RM.
5. Tender untuk projek kecil tidak masuk (contoh: TORFT), yang ada pun dilepaskan (contoh: Lumut dan KLIA)
6. Tender untuk projek besar masuk, habiskan jutaan ringgit, tetapi projek tidak diperolehi (contoh PC7, Sukhoi)
7. Pekerja berpengalaman diberhentikan/akan diberhentikan melalui PIP, pekerja baru dibawa masuk secara satu tim dari beberapa syarikat ‘TELCO’ dan mereka-mereka inilah yang menimbulkan permasalahan tersebut di atas.
8. Masalah kewangan tidak sepatutnya timbul kepada syarikat ‘Service/Maintenance’ selagi pihak kerajaan membuat pembayaran (Kerajaan Malaysia memang pun membayarnya)
9. Masalah kebajikan pekerja seperti, sakit semasa dalam tempoh bertugas dengan SST, kemudahan ‘staff purchase’, ‘advance pay’, bonus, kenaikan gaji tahunan dan seumpamanya memang telah lama terhakis.
10. Pekerja bawahan diberhentikan melalui PIP kerana tidak ‘perform’, pegawai atasan yang tidak ‘perform’, projek pun tidak dapat, belanja habis berjuta, sekedar ditukar potfolio dan jawatan dinaikkan. Majulah SST bertaraf ‘Global’ dan ada individu bertaraf jutawan dalam ranking dunia, syabas dan tahniah.
11. KPI, CSI, GOAL, NKRA Cuma sekedar hiasan bibir pihak pengurusan, hakikatnya prestasi SST makin teruk dari sebelumnya.
12. 'Drinking water' pun bo liau, kontraktor tak hantar, bil talak bayar ma.... Malu kat customer lor, mai fly, masa rehat mau minum, air kosong pun talak lor
Ya, we heard SST is no better than SakuraGlobal. PIP already implemented at SST before us. I heard M*gat and the gang were butted out using PIP and they are suing Sakura, anybody hear any update?

Kehadapan Tan Sri, semuga senantiasa dilindungi dan diberkahi Allah.
Tujuan pihak kami menulis surat ini adalah sebagai memperingati era anak-anak syarikat Sapura bernaung dibawah Sapura Holding ketika arwah Datin Sri masih bersama. Usaha murni berbentuk kabajikan seperti program Umrah Tahunan, bantuan kerumah anak-anak yatim, majlis-majlis keagamaan, biasiswa dan dermasiswa kepada anggota dan pekerja anak-anak syarikat, serta lain-lain usaha murni yang sangat banyak menafaatnya telah membuatkan Sapura berkembang dengan pesatnya. Berkat dari Allah SWT itulah kuncinya.
Era itu kini secara perlahan-lahan telah mula beredar dari paksinya, banyak ketua, pengarah dan pengurus bercakap begini "Ini syarikat membuat untung, bukan pejabat kebajikan". Bahasa percakapan ini telah menular hingga ke Pengurus dicawangan-cawangan, hingga keperingkat hendak membuang pekerja-pekerja yang sakit ketika dalam berkhidmat dengan Sapura, walaupun mereka masih mampu menjalankan tugas. Ada yang telah diberhentikan secara paksa tanpa melalui proses undang-undang perlindungan pekerja (kini dipanggil bekerja semula setelah dibuat aduan kepada pihak-pihak berkenaan). Kerja-kerja keagamaan dan kebajikan mula dipinggirkan, Sapura Community mula membawa masuk unsur-unsur sebaliknya seperti 'Sapura Idol' dan yang sealiran dengannya. 'Politiking' berlebihan pun telah menyusup kedalam organisasi Sapura yang tercinta ini sedikit demi sedikit. Kami dikalangan kakitangan anak-anak syarikat Sapura nampak dengan jelas proses ini sedang berlaku.
Oleh yang demikian, sebagai mewakili suara kakitangan anak-anak syarikat Sapura Holding, kami memohon jasa baik dan prihatin Tan Sri untuk memantau dan mengembalikan halatuju Sapura kearah mendapat keberkatan Ilahi, baik didunia, lebih-lebih lagi diakhirat.

Sakura Global ppl must stand up and be counted to do something to reverse this chaos. Collectively come up with a revival plan and present to the top top management. Confront them with a proposal to reverse this current problem. Jobs are at stake here! Move yr arse and do something about it, instead of groaning and moaning.
Did you ever come across a big corporate asking their ordinary staffs to come out a revival plan to save the company? While those highly paid top top managers can't even do it.

Ketiga-tiga exibit diatas menunjukkan betapa prihatinnya SST / Sakura Global terhadap staff nya. Tahniah diucapkan. Orang disayang meninggal / sakit pasti memerlukan sokongan moral / emosi dan sumbangan bantuan.
Bila mendapat kejayaan dan keuntungan, beritanya di war war dan di gahkan,
Persoalannya: Kalau staff yang sakit, kurang upaya, tetapi masih dapat melakukan kerja-kerja pejabat,senggaraan remote, perlukah mereka ini dimasukkan dalam PIP dan disusuli dengan pemberhentian? TIADA BELAS KASIHANKAH? mereka ada tanggungan masing-masing dan telah menyumbang khidmat belasan tahun kepada syarikat. Bila dah mati baru nak ucap simpati? Masa berkhidmat cari jalan nak bagi berhenti dengan program PIP (paksa berhenti kerana tak cukup wang nak bayar gaji?) Punca siapa yang menyebabkan syarikat rugi? PIP diadakan hanyalah sebagai alasan nak memberhentikan pekerja diatas kegagalan pihak pengurusan.
STAFF yang hampir menamatkan khidmat mereka (berumur 50 tahun keatas) juga dilihat lebih mudah di PIP kan, walaupun mereka telah sama-sama membangunkan syarikat buat sekian lama. Mana perasaan belas ihsan dan kasih sayang terhadap pekerja?
Kami telah berkhidmat belasan tahun, tiada PIP, tiada PEP, tiada PET, tetapi bila salah urus, kami pekerja bawahan yang dimangsakan. Kalau ada satu dua peringkat atasan diberhentikan, gaji mereka dah tinggi, ganjaran pemberhentian pun tnggi, umur masih mendapat tempat ditempat lain, tetapi kami yang gaji rendah / dan ada yang dah berumur ni bagaimana?
Kesimpulannya: Bila dah mati pekerja/ahli keluarga baru nak hantar surat tunjuk simpati? semasa berkhidmat dan berjasa pada syarikat dicari jalan untuk diberhentikan, berlawanan sekali sikap bermuka-muka tersebut, memang jelas Zalim nya.
Prihatin terhadap anak-anak yatim, mereka yang memerlukan, sumbangan kebajikan amatlah terpuji. Tetapi kenapa kepada anggota-anggota SAKURA sendiri sikap itu tidak diamalkan, malah tindakan sebaliknya dikenakan, Zalim, memang sungguh zalim. Adakah bila mati baru nak tunjuk simpati?

Who signed all the questionable POs/contracts in Sakura Global? Who approved all these POs? Beside Dr. Cheat & DRAAB,there are about 3 Senior Directors (SM2). Why no one highlights the wrongdoings? Why Angelic can come into our office and shout at our staffs? Why no one questions about 3star? Simply they are working together with Dr. Cheat, why no action taken against them?

How do you categorised a person as crony? There is a new kid on the block taking over Hong's role. As mentioned earlier Hong already resigned and Mr Fadzil from Penang is taking over his role. Congrat to him. Now the next question is how to make a business plan for Sakura Synergy? Will he be more people oriented or just taking order as instructed by management? Let wait and see.
I pity Mr.F. He just started to take care his health but now he need to satisfy DRAAB with new biz plan as well as take care of so many monsters in Sakura Global. A normal human being can't even accomplish 1 of these 3 tasks.
This is too cruel. Just because the show cause letter can't get rid of Mr. F, they think out this to force him leave. They want Mr. F to control TT Lee! Based on my observation so far. Many show cause letters, similar verdicts but different reactions and different treatments. Seem selective, but I rather worried about potential power abuses and cover-up.
What you meant by potential power abuse? There is already rampant power abuse! Dr.Cheat is abusing his power to by buy from his wife. DRAAB is abusing his power to victimise the staffs and cover his faults. DSS refuse to face the mess & use his power to help. All 3 are guilty.
There are lots of victims just a matter of seriousness and whether he or she is willing to voice it out. Quite a number dare not voice out cause of their commitment. No job no money to feed the family therefore keep quiet continue working even though under duress
How many people can resign and take action against the company? Very few. We can have 60 days to take action against the company from the day we leave the company. You can either lodge a complain at the human resources (no charge)or you can engage a HR lawyer to do so.
Ah Pek is right. The time limit for making an unjust dismissal representation to the Industrial Relations Department is 60 days from the date of dismissal. In a case where notice of termination is served, the 60 days period begins to run from the date of expiry of the notice period. For example, Mr. X is given one month's notice of termination on 1.6.2010. The notice would expire on 1.7.2010 and the 60 days period begins to run from 1.7.2010.
If the employee believes that he or she had been dismissed unlawfully or without just cause or excuse he or she has to personally go to the office of the Industrial Relations Department (which is under the Ministry of Human Resources) nearest his workplace where the employee would be asked to make his or her representations. At the Industrial Relations Office, the employee would be asked to fill up a form, “Borang S.20” giving all particulars of the dismissal. The Industrial Relations Office would arrange for a conciliation meeting at the Industrial Relations Office to be attended by the employee and employer to explore an amicable settlement. If there is no settlement, the dispute would be escalated to the Minister of Human Resources for his decision on whether the case should or should not be referred to the Industrial Court for a hearing.

In some cases, the Industrial Court may decide not to order reinstatement and in place of reinstatement, it would, together with the backwages, order compensation, generally at the rate of 1 month's salary for each year of past service.
The Industrial Court has power to make orders for costs and expenses of witnesses appearing at the trial but generally does not make such orders. The Court has no power to award interest on the compensation.
If the employee lose, the Court will dismiss the claimant's claim The claimant will not be ordered to pay costs to the employer and will also not be awarded any payments of any kind for the loss of the job.
EtiTech has served 3 letters of demand to Synergy. Microsoft has written to Universiti Malaysia Sabah saying Sakura sold M'soft licenses to UMS without buying the license from M'soft. Sakura provide the customer with CD & manuals to make it looks like legitimate. That means Sakura is selling counterfeit products. Sakura is cheating the customer.

Imaging's Kenny is suing Sakura for siphoning money from his company to other companies. He is also lodging a report with SSM to state that Sakura mismanaged his company and todate has yet to publish annual report for FY2008 & FY2009.
They are forcing the staffs to resign. People is leaving at the rate of 10-15 persons a month. For youngsters who are 20+ and only spent 1-2 years in this company is OK for them to look for greener pasture elsewhere. For old bird like us that has spent 20+ years in the company and near to retirement age, it is fare to ask us to leave just like that? Where can we go?
It is a long planned dirty strategy to sabo the staffs anyway. Here is the refresh of the chorology:

During biz plan preparation, DRAAB wanted to tranform SakuraSynergy to an annuity based and high VA biz such as O&M entity. DRAAB want SakuraSynergy to be a RM100 million profit after tax (PAT) company.
Today, 12 June 2010:
DRAAB got gut to ask one of our best trading sales man, Mr. F to prepare SakuraSynergy biz plan. Let me guess, selling Microsoft, Apple, Dell and HP products are part of the plan? High VA and O&M are not mandatory? Selling these stuffs can’t even get 10% of the target profit after tax (PAT) that DRAAB die-die also wanted. Let me remind you again, some of these product champions already been forced out, Ann team, Siva team and more. Customers already switched camp. Moreover, Microsoft is going to sue us if we still don’t pay, HP is asking for COD, synergy has been downgraded to Apple tier 3 reseller, Dell….. It will be miracle if someone can turn it around in less than 6 months, not to take in the long and winding biz plan preparation. Good luck to Mr. F. Maybe DRAAB just want to hit on Mr. F since show cause letter can’t scare him away.
Or, DRAAB just found out synergy biz is actual viable and sustainable after all. How ironic?

After no less than 10 rounds presentations to DRAAB, Sakura Synergy biz plan was rejected (not approved). Actually all biz plans are rejected. DRAAB threaten Hong & his team if they continue to pay salary to staff without biz plan approved is a form of Criminal Breach of Trust (CBT), can be jailed. But to continue paying salary, Hong & his team need to get a quarterly cash flow approved while working on the better biz plan.

Thank god the company still paying us salary even the biz plan has never been approved. Surprisingly, no one go to jail yet. Actually no one bother about the so important biz plan until Hong resigned. Maybe they think Hong is not the right person to continue with the new biz plan. So, is this biz plan that important or it just a wonderful excuse to kick start the zero-compensation voluntary separation scheme?
With all evidences, Dr.Cheat supposedly in CBT, but he is still free and easy. I saw so many teary-eyes among the global staffs for the last few months.

After implemented their new procedures, global business halted and orders been cancelled, suppliers and principals ran away, debtors sue us, reputation completely tarnished, staffs resigned. I’ll be amazed if they practise these procedures in all sakura offices. Now I understand why global biz is not viable and sustainable because they know global business will collapse once global implemented their procedures.

The entire global management served with official suspension of LOA and DRAAB management team has effectively taken over the management of SakuraGlobal. The team consists of Shahril Ng, SK, Zalina, Aliza & DRAAB himself (fivesome). Everything single thing must go through the fivesome for approval from issuing PO, paying suppliers to issuing quotation.

After they took over and the witch hunt, they just want to remove those senior management so that they can merge synergy with SST and create redundancy in every post, then force out those “underperformers” by using PMS, PIP, PET or whatever. Dr.Cheat, Hong, Raj, Siva, YC, Hazlina are out, Lee, Kenny & Fadzil are served with show cause. Lee is in hospital now, Kenny is so stressed and suing everybody, Fadzil is tasked to carry out the most challenging job, to prepare biz plan. Many others middle managers and executives have resigned.
Everything leads to Dr.Cheat and it is so obvious but they still pick on everyone and paralyse the entire global management. They are going after the rest now with PMS, PIP, PET….believe it or not. YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT.

I just wonder how long can customers like TM & Mampu can last before cancelling their contract with us. Eventhough we know Sakura always has the privilege of need not fulfill SLA, we can always "settle behind the scene" with the person in charge. But there are limits to everything.

DRAAB sent one of his foursome to global office at 7th floor. The task is to check the awarding procedures of PJ office renovation contract. After quick "half" day document vetting and some chair inspection. The initial 5 mil renovation budget was approved after that. I bet you, no one in global want to see this budget approve except some Dr.Cheat allied team. Up to today, renovation expenses overshot close to 10mil. Let me remind you again, with 10mil global can buy couples of shoplot in prime area and slot everyone inside comfortably. Now, who didn't do their job properly?
The little bird told me the architect for the new building is Dr.Cheat's house architect. And the interior designer is Angelic's friend in penang.
Where are the stringent approval procedures and processes that they are shouting about in the town hall meeting?
So, don't ask us where the money gone, you should ask why the renovation was approved just like that. Is this "audit" just for show? Abang-adik again?
Do you know why those chairs are expensive? I heard those chairs are tailored made and COO & his advisor believe them. Tailored made my foot, i can buy it from any office furniture shops in old klang road.
Why Dr.Cheat is so daring and not fear of been reported at that time? I still don't get it until today. Spending millions in opex or capex, with COO's standard. No way he approve it, maybe someone fraud his signature again.

Some time in Jun-Jul 2009, after global moved to the new PJ office, he is invited and attended the imaging trade show in global PJ office, the Angelic wife was there all the time. For you to know, COO was invited to Dr.Cheat's beautiful bungalow many year back. How can you don't suspect anything when you see her busy working in the trade show.

COO asked Dr.Cheat to explore the possibility of Management Buyout (MBO) of global biz. But the plan been called off because Dr.Cheat big mouth and told everyone. COO tried to cover up and Dr.Cheat tried to protect his ass. The intent is so evil because the Dr.Cheat can help sakura to do this dirty job to get rid of the staffs without spend a penny on compensation and Sakura name will not be affected.
With his usual big mouth, Dr.Cheat told the staffs that he is doing a favor to sakura.
Why Dr.Cheat willing to do it? Simple reason, there are so much evidence in CBT, with his selfishness, he will sell even his family to make sure he is safe and agreed to COO satan plan. Thank god the satan plan failed.
Come to think of it. You maybe right. Already so many months but Dr.Cheat is still so relax and even pinching imaging staffs to work for him. So, how much more evidence they need to put him in CBT.

A large amount of money (in million) transferred from sakura imaging malaysia to sakura imaging singapore but that money are varnished. Who authorized the transfer? Where is the money now? Whose name in sakura imaging singapore?
Kenny and Victor as the minority shareholders in sakura imaging malaysia are dying to find out who are the mastermind and his associates. Sakura not telling everything to Kenny. They are delaying him and trying to cover up. Those are his money too, he has no choice except to fight for his own.
Obviously, it is a uphill battle to him where the "families" are ganging up to wear him slowly.
Same strategy they use to wear the staffs and force them to leave the company.

The government awarded projects to big corporation so that the nation wealth can pass down to the people. Not just one or two greedy bastards. Nevermind if they are much richer than us because they are smarter and work harder but don't take all.

Fadzil and his new mighty team drafted a 50 mil quick fix biz plan for synergy in record time, just 2 weeks, actually is sales funnel. Hong and his team took 20 weeks but rejected.
Do you guys realise that this quick fix biz plan (unrealistic plan) will be used against your long time colleagues and put them in PIP, PET and eventually termination? Do you know what are you doing now?
Just be realistic and fair to the staffs. Don't do it to impress the unscrupulous management.
Better question the # before you commit and sign off. No protest mean agree. One strong point that you must highlight, if the mess is not clear, do you think you can meet the #? Bring back the sales order, do you think you can fulfill?
The first thing you should do is to write to the company (in the form of a grievance) stating the unfair task assignments that have been handed to you and for them to clarify your job function/description.
Let them respond to you in writing and you can use this as proof of how you have been victimised.
E-mail is a valid legal document and yes, you can use it as proof so start compiling your case.
Those sales persons have no choice. If I am not mistaken the number given is the respective sales committed number during good time i.e during business as usual before the 5some come to make the business "so unusual" plus 20% on top what have been committed to protect their asses in case the number fall short. Contigency plan mah...
From there onward they map it across into the new warned Fadzil biz plan and no nego on the number as this number already reported to 5some many months ago. The COO cast those number to all the sales and probably this is their way of getting rid of staff without paying compensation in this "unusual business environment". But the best part is until today COO still tell every body business as usual in this "unusual business environment" Who are they kidding....you tell me!
Promise suppliers for a schedule payments that one also cannot fulfill and also behind schedule. This is another tactic to buy time. When supplier make noise give them some money to shut their mounth for couple of weeks.
DRAAB thought and wish it is already biz as usual in global until he was serve another legal letter last few days. He thought he can buy time until his contract is over. Yes DRAAB, you may have option to leave this mess behind but your name is just like Sakura; already permanently damaged!

Did a research for the past few days on Dr.Cheat behavior. I believe Dr.Cheat is a sociopath.

Question the staffs for something that they don't even understand like telling them the biz are not viable and sustainable in town hall meeting.
How can the staffs understand while the company can afford to spend millions for renovation?
How can COO approved the renovation budget if biz is not viable and sustainable?
How can COO approved Dr.Cheat's huge renovation budget while he only spend very little on SST renovation in Wangsamaju? Just to remind you, SST has viable and sustainable billion dollar project but global is not as mentioned by COO himself. What is the logic?
Don't we see too much compromising when things coming from Dr.Cheat. But why compromise so much? Is there something that we don't know? Brotherhood, Friendship, Incompetence or Money involved?
After forcing staffs to leave, customers cancelling orders & suppliers suing sakura global, now DRAAB said biz as usual! I would like to ask is this biz viable & sustainable? If "YES", has the biz plan been approved?
If the biz is not viable & sustainable, please shut it down! If the biz plan is not approved, then stop paying salary or else this might land you in jail as you has warned Hong/Hazlina before.
Yes the biz is still not viable & sustainable, but they won't shut it down now, they don't want to pay compensation and they don't want do IT biz anymore. So, no need to have biz plan.

To be fair to the "new management", what ever happen to sakura global not just not just bring bad things. Sometimes it also bring oppurtunity to certain group of people. You just need to spread some rumours that a vendor is related to Dr.Cheat & the gang, the next week this vendor's contract will be terminated. Then you can introduce a new vendor.
I heard Sakura Global vendors/suppliers also reading this blog. If you don't want your contract be cancelled or payment hold then you are advised to write in to clarify you are not related to Dr.Cheat.
I think vendor don't even bother to write in. The "new management" assess vendor legitimation based on whistle-blowing. If someone blow you, you are dead.
Sakura ada satu kontrak panjang dengan satu syarikat telekomunikasi terbesar di Malaysia. PM saya selalu cari masalah dengan projek dan salahkan kami. Niat dia sungguh jelas. Dia nak gesa big bos supaya sub kontrak kepada vendor dia yang "intelektual" itu.
Pada hal rekod vendor "intelektual" ini pun bukan bagus. Tekniksyen mereka selalu "goreng" user tandatangan DO dan minta mereka telepon help desk Sakura untuk kerja mereka yang belum selesai.
Saya pun faham si PM pun nak cari makan saja. Lagi pun kontrak kerja beliau tak semesti dapat sambung. Cari makan memang tak salah tapi jangan sehingga korbankan rakan kerja sendiri. Kalau semua kerja nak sub kontrak kepada vendor, tekniksyen nak kerja apa? Bukan tak tahu sekarang Sakura nak kurangkan bilangan pekerja.

No one is serious about solving problem here, the most important is finding a scapegoat so that they continue receive their big salary every month.

Since April? I heard some wait longer. Worse still, they have resigned already and they are just technicians. How can staff afford to finance the company like that? Wondering how the management operate the company? They only act if staff complain.
Sure resign lah. Chua is just a technical pre-sales but kena with sales quota. So obvious their intention. They go all out as long it work. They may kena HR and Finance with sales quota later after all sales people are force out.

SST has less job but is paid more then SG. That is why now, SST is being asked to so call help in SG but still failing and falling! There was a hot news 3 weeks ago over payment to STL Computers amounting to 3 million for work that supossedly to have completed for PCN. Partial payment done but PCN PM does not know anything about this work. Moreover paperwork on work complition could not be produced by STL but invoices and cheques have been varified by KC Wong. Any updates on this?
Today's news: Sapura Donates RM1 Million to the 'Tabung Rayuan Hari Pahlawan'. With this, SG Finance keep saying "No MONEY" to pay staff's salary, claims, ASP/Vendors.......hhhmmmmmm.

Obviously, you guys have got a very raw deal. If you have kept proper records of your claims and so on , the Labour Department is the place for you to make complaint.

18 Aug 2010: All SG staff at Sales and HR/Fin/Ops subjected to attendance book record. Staff that do not sign in and sign out without a valid reasons to their supervisor shall deduct their annual leave and frequent late comers will be subjected to show cause letter.
Wat to do!! Almost all down, not many left so far. Latest news is Cherlyn has been show caused and suspended for something that she does not commit. Why? She need to be eliminated urgently because she is one of the longest service employee. Can save a lot.
