It would really be hard at the very start. But if you do 'networking' - meaning, use social media like FB, Pinterest and Twitter - you will gain traffic. Make your writing style unique. Striking titles that are search-engine-friendly will be easily seen when people tries to look for them especially in google. Don't be afraid to ask people around for possible guest posts in there blogs, especially with high traffic blogs in your niche. Their readers might give a look into your blog as well if they find your guest post great.
