I like your content! You cover a broad range of topics which is key! Your blog header is unique and very personalized. however, the two things I could say could use improvement are placing the followers on the side bar (but it's unique where it is - it just is a little distracting and doesn't look sharp) and find a background to make your site pop. Don't do anything flashy because i like the overall feel of the blog. Just find some quiet scene or dull color backdrop.
