Out of those two, I would choose the heart; the mind is usually right, but it's okay to be wrong sometimes -- that's how we learn. :) Also, sometimes the right thing doesn't make sense nor seem logical. Sometimes there are question that no one knows the answer to and you just have to.... follow your heart, I guess. ;)

I use both type of sensors lol :P first take facts decided by heart and then analyze those with real world perceptions of mind :D :P

i go with mind, the body can only come up with a potential that the mind can imagine. The mind is designed as a command center, and the body serves as production department. When the mind is strong, the body will obey. When the mind is creative, the body will create accordingly.

well indeed mind is the command center but sometimes heart plays a major role in decision making!

I think that every situation will be completely different, and you just need to know when it is a matter for the heart or a matter for the head. Using the heart to make a decision that you should have clearly used your head for, can have serious consequences and visa-versa.
