I posted a recipe for avocado baked with egg on top, sprinkled with a little cheese and herb. The pictures turned out nice, but it was a very simple post. I got a lot of reactions from it though. My friends were all texting saying 'OMG we have to try that!"
What is it about avocado? Is it a 'trendy' food right now?

Avocado has always been "trendy" especially if one is looking for food that has lots of health benefits.
Its good for stroke prevention, prostate/breast cancer prevention and its also good for the skin amongst some of the benefits!
I dont think it is about avocado, it is simply a nice idea, Im actually gonna try it over this weekend :)
I love avocado.
Avocado is known as a metabolism speeder but it has many other benefits as well.
