After the latest Google PageRank update and release of Penguin algorithm, my blog is now PR1.
I want the other bloggers to share their blog's PageRank after the latest update. Were you affected by it? Has it increased or decreased? Please share. Maybe we can share some tips to help each other.
I am having two website they are given below
1. http://widienfo.org having PR 4
2. http://www.fortricks.in having PR 3
Sujoy I think you're putting us on. I used backlinkfinder.com's backlink checker and your site comes up "ERROR".
My website wideinfo was recently lunched so the problem occured but check it now it is ok :)

Hi, Josie. Thanks for your kind words. But PR 1 is not the best, PR 10 is the best. Mine is like 1 point out of 10.
And to get your blog's PR, just visit prchecker.info and enter your blog address. You will get your blog's pagerank.
Mine is now PR3, and it was previously 4. :((
I am trying to update my blogs now more often! I might get it rank up on next google update. What's Your tip guys!?

The tip is all yours. What you did to get PR 4? And then what wrong you did to downgrade? For example, you built 100 backlinks to get PR3 but after that you only built 10 backlinks and Google gives you -1. Just do a blog audit/review and you will know.

How does it work - I created my blog in January and just started networking a couple of weeks ago...
does it take time to get ranked...? Is it related to pageviews...?

You need to submit your blog url to Google, as your blog entries need to be crawled and indexed by google.. also update ur blog frequently for the first 2 months. Then u should be able to get ranked on next Page Rank update ;)

(1) the web page is new, and it is not indexed by Google yet,
(2) the web page is indexed by Google, but it is not ranked yet,
(3) the web page was indexed by Google long ago, but it is recognised
as a supplemental (Supplemental Results) page,
(4) the web page or the whole website is banned by Google.
